How information submitted through the Simon Agency website is handled.
Forms and documents
Guided application answers may be saved in your browser so you can resume. When you generate an application packet, your answers are sent to our PDF service. When you submit a request, your contact details, application answers and selected documents are stored privately in Google Cloud and sent through AgentMail to the team handling website enquiries. Do not include payment card details or passwords.
File selection and partner tools
Selected documents are uploaded only when you submit your request. Address suggestions send the search text through our server to Photon, an OpenStreetMap-based service. You can enter an address manually. Carrier, payment and partner links open separate services with their own privacy notices. Where enabled, optional Google Analytics measures page visits and request counts after you allow analytics. Form answers and documents are excluded from those events. You can change your choice using Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Privacy questions
Contact Simon at 516-593-2700 for the appropriate contact for questions about access, correction, deletion and retention of information you submit. You can clear saved drafts through your browser's site storage settings. Clearing browser storage does not delete requests already submitted.
